Any licence to use a game is provided under the applicable store and game terms, not by these website terms alone.

The website, Dad Does Games branding, game names, artwork, text, audio, video, software, and other original material are owned by Tomasz Grabowski or used with permission and are protected by intellectual-property law. No rights are granted except those expressly stated here or by an applicable platform licence.

Images, logos, trailers, and other files identified as press-kit assets may be reproduced by journalists, reviewers, creators, storefronts, and event organizers for editorial coverage, reviews, listings, and promotion of the relevant game. Do not materially alter logos, imply endorsement, sell the assets, or use them to promote an unrelated product. Credit “Dad Does Games” where practical.

The site links to services Dad Does Games does not control. Links are provided for convenience and do not guarantee or endorse third-party content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
